So sad to hear of Inskip’s passing. He was a dear old school friend, with whom I had many a Sunday afternoon political discussion. He was an inspiration with his keen intelligence and insight. Even though I had not seen you for 40 plus years, those memories are still very precious. May your soul rest in peace old friend.

As I read Mr. Babb's obituary, I recognize his twin daughters in his life. Passionate, musical, vibrant, intelligent and accomplished girls, now women.
