Obituary of Jack Thomson
Please share a memory of Jack to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On Tuesday, Febraury 18th, 2020 in his 11th month, our precious baby boy, Jack Louie Thomson, passed away peacefully in the arms of his Mommy and Daddy who loved him more than words can say. Our hearts are shattered. Jack made us so proud with his determination to fight a brave battle, but in the end his sweet little heart needed to rest.
Beloved son of Stefania and Kyle Thomson. Adored baby brother of Elaina. Much loved grandson of Anna Maria and Sergio Arlia and Sandra Thomson. Cherished great-grandson of Glenda and Tom Thomson and Francesca Cara (Italy). Will be deeply missed by his Zii Francesca and Robert Fiorini and cousins Luca, Amelia and Alessio. Predeceased by bis-nonni Luigi and Rosina Conforti. Will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Thank you to the compassionate and exceptional team of doctors and nurses at Sick Kids. In his short life, Baby Jack touched the hearts of many. He taught us patience, strength, kindness and unconditional love and brought an infinite amount of joy to our lives.
Thank you to everyone who reached out to us with words of comfort, acts of kindness and overwhelming generosity. But most of all, thank you for all of your prayers...our beautiful little Jack-Jack is now happily playing peek-a-boo with the Angels in God 's Holy Garden.
“A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you're fast asleep
In dreams you will lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for, you keep
Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling through
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
The dream that you wish will come true”
