My dearest Hughie ( I don't think that I ever called you Chris). I have just found out that you were taken away from us way too early. I am in deep shock, I would have been at the service had I known. I want to thank you for being the amazing friend that you always were. I cannot think of a time that wasn't filled with laughter when you were around. You will always be in my heart until we meet again..... Inch xoxo

Christopher, I remember you as a thoroughly nice guy. I have a memory of you as a child playing with your cousins. Apparently, you wanted to kick me after I told all of you to settle down, but you didn’t have the heart to do it. Instead, you gently placed your toe on my leg. I burst out laughing and was so tickled by your reaction. Really enjoyed my time spent at the trailer as well. You have always had an easy going way of looking at things and so good natured. You are very much loved and will be greatly missed by your family. XO

My dear Janette, Sylvia and family.
Such a heartache for you all to bear with the loss of Chris. He was like a big brother to me and I miss him - I wish I had spent more time with him. We always think we have more time. To lose a child seems so unnatural at whatever age Sylvia....it's hard to even contemplate, let alone live through it.
And to lose a sibling has it's own heavy weight to bear.
Thinking of you all through this extremely difficult time.
Love,
Patty

I cannot even imagine the heartbreak you must feel right now Sylvia and Janette. I too feel heartbroken. Christopher was so down to earth and such a likeable person. He had a great sense of humour. I loved hearing him laugh…so contagious! I will really miss you cousin. Love always. XO ❤️

Christopher had a kind and gentle soul who was truly genuine in nature. He was by far my favourite cousin. I am deeply saddened of his passing and will miss him very much. My condolences to the Hughes family.

My dear friend my heart is aching for you and Janette. The loss of a child has to be the most devastating loss a parent can ever endure. I remember Chris as a cute little British towhead, so smart and funny. In time I pray that you will begin to heal and remember only the good times with Chris.
With our love, Liz and Stephanie
