Passed away peacefully on January 9th 2023 at Lakeridge Hospital. Although she is now in heaven our beloved Cecilia will never leave our hearts. Dedicated and loving wife of Joseph Downey for 51 years, mother of Michael, Terry, Sharon, Deb, Malcolm, Marilyn, Cynthia, Alan, Delores, Joseph,Craig, Harold and Diane, grandmother and great grandmother to many.
We will remember the wash toss games in the yard each summer, her mischievous nature and the sound of her laugh. Blessed to have had so much time with her that was filled with joy. You will be dearly missed.
