Our sincere and heartfelt sympathy Isobel, Ted and Barb and to your families at this sad time. We wish that we could be with you today at the Celebration of Bub's Life;however, distance and the weather will keep us from joining you. We will be with you in spirit as we watch the service live streamed. Bub was a special cousin of all us in the Ed and Angela contingent of the Williams family. It is with deep sadness that I receive notice of the passing of Al, his Promotion to Glory! I fondly remember him as “Big Al” from my youth at the Salvation Army Scarborough Citadel. He had care and concern for the spiritual welfare of the young people at the corps. I remember his leadership at the Teen Ranch weekends!
I give thanks to our Lord for a live well lived to the Glory of God.

We are sad at the loss of our dear Uncle Bub. Oh, the memories are flooding in from all the sweet, kind, quirky, and funny remarks I heard all my life from you. The handshake!! Our very deepest condolences to the Williams Family.
Isabel, Barb/Paul and Ted/Debbie and the entire Williams family members, are in our thoughts and prayers and we pray that you experience the inward Peace that pasts all understanding.
We thank Al’s Lord and Saviour for granting the joy of knowing our beloved friend Al and experiencing Al’s kindness of love over the many years. We thank God for the many abilities He gave Al such as the enjoyment he had playing in Brass bands, being there when you need his assistance and one such time volunteering to helping us move our furniture prior to us entering CFOT in 1981. The special gift God gave Al we will never forget is the gift having the strongest and very firmest friendly handshakes.
The blessing has been ours to have known a very fine and generous Christian man and friend. We truly have peace in our hearts knowing that Al has been greeted by the words of his Lord and Saviour: “Well done faithful servant”.
To the entire Williams family, thank you for sharing Al with us and receive our condolences that we extend to you all in love and prayers.
