I remember John from his days at Mason Pearce in Dorking England . I worked closely with him and learned a lot from him enabling me to eventually run my own successful screenprint company .
You done well John and did yourself and family proud.
Was inquisitive as to whether I could find John so did a google search and am saddened to find his obituary.
You made a difference to my life John and gave me the opportunity to do and achieve better, eternally grateful, Dave Campbell .

I remember being at John and Cindy’s house on York st in Ajax while my cousin, Tracey and I had just taken up smoking, while we were outside John came out and walked with us while we enjoyed our cigarette. That was about 35 years ago. Thanks for not lecturing us, John

John really surprised me when I knew his actual age. He was on the go, always happy. Always joking (if you had a smoke going he always tried to get a smell). If I live as happy and long as him then good on me.
The jist of this, is he never did not have a smile. And he lived (in today's realm) a long life.
Well done cindy , he fought for you two girls. As well others to make it as long as he could.

One memory I always have of you John (my big brother) was clearing the snow off your three wheeler car in the days when we had lots of snow in the UK, I think I was about 6 years old. My gloves were so wet, mum put them in the oven to dry!! No central heating in those days.

John and I used to have great talks when he was at Stax and I miss that. He thought the world of you and Sam and always had great things to say about the both of you to the point where I thought I knew the two of you lol. He was truly one of life's great characters I'm super glad I knew him.
