Our condolences. I first met Shari when I was very new to OPG. She helped me through an assignment with patience (which is still extremely appreciated). Although we didn't work together after that, whenever we did see each other, she took the time to say hello.

Accept our most heartfelt sympathies for the loss of our dear friend Shari, You and your family are in our hearts/minds. We are honoured and blessed to have known Shari for the past 5 to 6 years. There are no adequate words we can say at this time that describe our gratitude to have known Shari and the positive impact she had on our family. I, personally, know that she has brought abundance of smiles to Chantal and lots of warmth to her hearts.
Our family will forever cherish her memory, and the time we spent together from get together visits to playing cards. May her memory continue to inspire and uplift us as we steer in this world.
Our Deepest Sympathy to Randy, Stephanie, Marty, and the family.

Naji and Chantal,
Thank you for the very warm thoughts and sharing your feelings of Shari. Shari and I both enjoyed our times together with you and your family. There certainly was a special bond that formed between Chantal and Shari, and Shari would always relay about their time spent together, describing it as enjoyable and uplifting to her.
My family and I sincerely appreciate the kindness shown by you and your family during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Randy and family

When I think of Shari, it will always be of her beautiful face and smile. We met thru working at OPG in Pickering. I think the first time was during Big Bike. She was always so positive and upbeat, so giving and so funny, intelligent and talented. As she described her marriage to her soulmate Randy, it was like a love story, Shari was all about her family, which included her love for her fur babies. I'll take a rain check on that tea and talk, may you rest in peace sweet friend.❤

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, during this most difficult time.
I met Shari while working with the Pickering CMO...from there we developed a wonderful friendship over the years.
Not only was she beautiful and intelligent, she was genuinely caring, thoughtful and unselfish in so many ways!
We shared many personal, deep conversations, as well as, our love for animals!! I will never forget those moments.
Rest in peace Shari, you will always be fondly remembered! ox

Dear Stefanie,
You are the same age as my daughter. When both of you were graduating from Grade 8, your Mom shared a picture of your hairdo to help me. So off I went to the hairdresser with my daughter and we were good to go. Later on, she showed me a picture of the graduation cake she baked for you and explained how she decorated it. Once again, I did the same and was good to go. Both the hairdos and cakes were beautiful. Our daughters were and continue to be such beauties. Your Mom was very artistic. Years later, I was going through a challenging time and she gave me a card. Same/similar as yourself, my daughter was to lose her Dad who too was very young. My daughter has had to be strong over the years. I pray and accept strength over you too. Your Mom and I worked on charity events together. Her enthusiasm and care for others was very obvious. I last spoke with your Mom when 911 happened. She had worked very hard and had gone up the ladder in her career. Always working hard. Always caring for others. I have happy and beautiful memories of your Mom. I am thankful and grateful for having known her. We shall meet again Shari. We will smile and laugh again.
Take good care Stefanie.

Shari, I met you through OPG when you came to work in the environment section at Pickering. Our careers took us on different paths but we reconnected many years later on a lunchtime walk. Your enthusiasm, beauty and kindness will always be remembered and cherished! Rest in peace and may your memory be eternal!

Shari I was so fortunate to have met you walking in our neighbourhood last year. We were both surprised to find we both had an OPG career and knew many PNGS and DNGS peers. You invited me to see your beautiful home and meet Randy, and even made me your specialty vegetable soup for lunch one day. I enjoyed our walks and short time spent together, you were quite the storyteller. I am so very sorry to hear of your passing, my deepest heartfelt condolences to Randy and your entire family.

Shari was the light in every room she entered. Kind, thoughtful, and full of fun, she was a positive force in this world, always lifting others up. The world will be a little bit dimmer and duller without her. I will cherish all my memories of her and be thankful for having had the privilege to call her friend.

We met Shari on holiday in Cuba at Playa Pesquero. She was taking a week out to be with her friend..
We exchanged emails and our transatlantic friendship began.
We had many similarities in family and health matters and as our friendship grew, we supported each other by sending healing messages to each other and propping each other up to face the next stage of therapy.
Our deepest of sympathies go out to Randy, Stefanie and Marty, whom she loved dearly. Also her extended family.
We will cherish her memory of Shari forever in our hearts and will always remember her sweet smiling face and gentle nature.
She will be the brightest star in the heavens shining down on us all.
Until we meet again Shari . God bless xxx
