I’m very sorry to hear about Grant’s passing. I taught with him at Cornell P.S. in Scarborough. He had a good sense of humour. Grant and Garth drove in from Oshawa and Whitby together when Janice Lecek and I drove together from Pickering. There was a very bad winter day when everything started to freeze and the driving was treacherous. Garth was driving and he cut across the gas station lot at Kingston Rd and Lawrence and got ahead of us. I knew the area so I turned at Susan and we arrived at school at 11 a.m. Grant abd Garth arrived at 11:30 a.m. a distance I easily walked when we lived in an apartment on Lawrence.
Maria the last time I remember seeing you was at the No Frills in Ajax before one Christmas when I worked for my husband in his business.
