Obituary of Angelo Consales

After a short and brave battle with cancer it is with broken hearts that Angelo Consales was ushered into his new life with family at his side on August 16, 2015 (his late father Domenico’s birthday) at 8:12pm. He will be forever loved and missed by his wife and soulmate of almost 46 years, Jocelyne. He also leaves behind his mother Sebastiana, children Anna (Victor), Anthony (Melanie) and Sandie (Jonathan) and 6 beloved grandchildren. Angelo will also be dearly missed by his siblings Cettina (Salvatore) and Santo (Cettina) and their families as well as extended family and friends. Angelo will be ready to welcome us all with a golf club in one hand and a Mojito in the other, singing his heart out. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and support of Angelo. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) on Wednesday, August 19th from 4:00-9:00pm and on Thursday, August 20th from 11:00am-12:00pm. A Service to Celebrate Angelo’s life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel on Thursday, August 20th at 12:00pm. In memory of Angelo, donations may be made to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre.
