Obituary of Harris Pascal

Our dearest Harris peacefully passed away, after a short battle with throat cancer at St. Michaels Hospital on Thursday April 7th, 2016. Loving husband of Joan Pascal. Beloved father of Alwin Pascal, Gwendolyn Pascal-Henry, Isreal Pascal, and in-laws Georgia Stephens-Pascal and Finder Phillip-Pascal. Loving step-father of Mary-Lou (Solange) Pounder and Deborah La-Qua. Caring step father in-law of Jeff La-Qua and Terry Henry. Cherished grandfather of Semica Pascal-Jacobs, Dwight Henry, Dwayne Henry, Deandre Pascal, Tharia Pascal, Jennifer Grimes, Amari Pascal, and in-law Shawn Jacobs. Also, step-grandchildren Janelle and Jermina La-Qua. Adored brother of Louisa Church, Sybil Baptiste, Wayne Pascal, Janinen Pascal, Louise Pascal, and Jean Moore. Harris was the loving nephew of Cynthia Ross and Timo Ross. Caring uncle to Sharon Pascal, John Pascal, George Pascal, Marva Pascal, and Leon Pascal. Special mention to the Herrera, Henry, Sutton, and Monah families whom were close to Harris. Harris will truly be missed, but not forgotten by his immediate and extended family; as well as close friends as he watches over us all, free from pain. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Friday April 22th , 2016 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. A Funeral Service to Celebrate Harris’ life will be held on Saturday April 23th at 9:00am. Internment Duffin Meadows Cemetery, 2505 Brock Road Pickering.
