ROWORTH, Jade Lily
Passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2016 at the age of 14 years. Cherished daughter of Cara and Justin and loving sister of Bailey. Beloved granddaughter of Debbie and Mike Attwells and Judy and Brian Roworth. Dear niece of Chrystal & Scott and Aaron. Jade touched the lives of so many with her beautiful smile. She will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and her passion for music and photography will be her legacy. A Service of Celebration will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Saturday, May 21st at 11:00am. In memory of Jade, donations may be made to the Sick Kid’s Foundation in support of mental health research. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
