September 4, 1934 – July 29, 2016
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Gus. Dear husband to Marion for 55 years. Loving father to Colleen (Ray), Lorraine and Janice (Roger), and proud Grandpa to Nelson, Alisa, Justine, Hannah and Sabrina. Loving brother-in-law to David (Carel) and brother to Hannah, Alec and Bernadette.You fought a courageous battle but God saw you were getting tired and took you to a better place. May God hold you in the Palm of His hand. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016, from 11:00am -12:30pm. A Service to Celebrate Gus’ life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 12:30pm. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
