OLIVER, Doreen Dorothy (nee O’Brien)
Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on September 7, 2016 at he the age of 66 years. Loving mother of Thomas, Shawn and the late Eddy (2008). Cherished nanny of Jazmin. Beloved daughter of the late Mary O’Brien (2004). Loving sister of Mercedes, Molly and the late Stan, John and Edward. The family wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of 4F at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their compassionate and tender care of Doreen. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Sunday, September 11th from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gertrude’s Parish, 690 King Street East, Oshawa on Monday, September 12th at 10:00am. In memory of Doreen, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
