I took over for Nelly in her classroom last year. I've had the pleasure of working with her in person and through correspondence. She was very dedicated to her work and is loved by her students. Sadly, the world has lost a great educator.

Nelly took over my class when I went on maternity leave. As soon as I met the bubbly, enthusiastic, and talented teacher...I knew the students would be in good hands. They loved and respected her. Nelly was a force to be reckoned with and was a real fighter. She will be greatly missed.
