LACALAMITA; Vito (Vic) Joseph

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of his family on May 2, 2017. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Nancy (Bob) and Arthur. Loving grandpa of Derek (Mariana), Jennifer (Jeremy) and Michelle (Josh). Dear brother of Angelo (the late Rose), Leonard (Rose) and the late Frances, and brother-in-law of John (Linda). Vic will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Monday, May 8th from 2:00-4:00 pm and from 7:00-9:00pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 1100 Mary Street N., Oshawa on Tuesday, May 9th at 10 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.  In memory of Vic, donations may be made to the St. Joseph the Worker Building Fund.
