Loved working with Dave at OPG and enjoyed our PMP meetings together in Peterborough where I got to meet Mary as well. Dave was a great guy to work with. Since Dave and I, along with two others at work, share the same last name, we used to joke that we were brothers from another mother. He was a valued co-worker and very much a brother. All of the family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Dave carried his sense of humour with him throughout his battle which proved to me what a strong courageous man he was. I knew him as a fun loving care free friend and coworker. We shared many a laugh at work, I will remember those days with great fondness. Mary and family may take strength from knowing that Dave had many, many friends at work and that he left a positive mark on all that he met.

Dave in the gondola going up Gore Mountain in 2005. This was our first trip to Gore, Dave and I "discovered" this ski hill. A great ski trip, a great memory..... a great friend. I'll miss you Davey.

My sincere condolences to Mary and family. Dave was a good friend and co-worker as a Mtce Specialist at Darlington, but my fondest memory is when I worked with him years ago at Pickering. He would routinely answer paging calls that were actually for me - before I could get to them - as our names sounded similar over the PA system within the plant. We came to have many laughs about it.
