This is a memory from West Hill CI, where Craig, a mutual friend Janet Cruikshank & I were grade 11 & 12 great buddies. We would dance and laugh together - Craig was so easy to be with and a super friend. We lost touch over the years - I went to McMaster & UofT, married, divorced, lived & traveled in different countries.
Today, I thought to see if I could find Craig, and Janet.
I am so sad not to have done so years ago. I would have loved to know what trajectory Craig’s life took, and to have been able to call him “friend” again.

I had the pleasure of not only working with Craig at the Shopping Channel for over 10 years, but reconnected with Craig while he was at West Park. I now work at West Park, saw him many times, and found that Craig was still able to crack a joke and maintain a positive look on life every time I chatted with him. I am sure he will be missed by friends and family, and that his love for life will be passed on to those that he knew.

I was very sorry to hear about Craig. Everyone loved Craig . He was so much fun. I know his last few years have not been wonderful however much of his life was very exciting. Unfortunately I did not hear about his death and funeral or I would have been at the service and celebration of life.

We are saddened to learn of Craig's passing this week.
We remember him fondly despite the many years since we last socialized at my retirement party in 2007.
We had many fun filled memorable outings with Craig, one especially poignant with Maureen McDermott and Bill Minna on a vendor boat cruise (Atlantic Promotions) on Lake Ontario, July 1st long weekend. We laughed the entire trip thanks to Craig.
Who could ever forget Craig's shy innocence and contained laughter. He was revered by his vendors and loved by his colleagues.
He was a treasure whom we feel fortunate to have known.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig at TSC for well over 10 fabulous years. His vibrant personality and sense of humor brought energy and excitement to our workplace. He had a love of life and a devilish grin that no one could ignore.
In the last few years when I would visit Craig at Humber Hospital or West Park Lodge it was that same smile and sense of humor that greeted me. I enjoyed our walks through the facilities and watching him work his charm on staff and fellow patients alike. No one was immune.
I extend my sympathies to the family and hope that with time, warm memories will help to fill the emptiness you feel at this time.

My condolences to the Ferrier family on your loss. I worked with Craig for many years and he always had a kind word and a smile for me when I saw him. He cared about his coworkers and vendors and I have many memories of him coming down to the studios to give a guest words of encouragement and advice. He certainly knew his stuff. His experience his presence and the laughter shared has definitely been greatly missed here since he left and now will be greatly missed by all.

It truly breaks my heart that Craig has gone so soon. He touched my heart even though he drove everyone crazy. We connected in our own special way. I will miss him yelling for me, and the kindness he has given me. For you Lisa, and family I am so happy we met. You are all special people. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Craig for many years. He was always so kind, and a very caring individual. The man really new his stuff in the world of Home Shopping. And such a wonderful sense of humour. I would meet him on many occasions outside having a "break" on my way into work and we would always share a laugh.

To Craig's family and dear friends I want to share my deepest sympathy.
Craig was a mentor and a friend. He had a certain way of listening that you were left certain he wasn't listening at all until he circled back to confirm you found your answer. And if you didn't he had deep insight.
He put trust in people. He shared easily. His stories about his work and those he encountered made you laugh from the deepest part of yourself.

Craig's battle with illness is over now and I pray that the family are comforted knowing he is no longer suffering.
