Obituary of Angela Petrone

PETRONE; Angela "Angie" (nee Meffe) April 11, 1958 to August 11th 2013 It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Angela (Angie) to a 17 month battle with ovarian cancer. Angie is survived by her loving husband of 32 years Vito; children Leigha and David; mother Rosa; father Felice; brother Nick; Nephews Stephen, Jordan, Anthony, and Michael; Mother-in-law Carmela, sisters-in-law Anna and Frances; and long time best friend Wendy. Angie worked at Weight Watchers for 23 years and was the Ajax Centre Coordinator for 17 years. Angie touched the hearts of many people and will be remembered for her warm smile and optimistic attitude. She enjoyed spending her time walking and hiking around her neighbourhood and local forests. Angie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Angie was truly an inspirational person, she will be forever missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 15th at 10:30AM at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (1001 Ravenscroft Rd., Ajax). Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
