Obituary of Johnson Dindial

It is with a heavy heart and a deepened sadness that our beloved Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather, Son, Brother and Friend is now with our Heavenly Father.  Johnson passed away peacefully on Sunday October 1st, 2017 with the comfort of his loving wife and best friend at his side.

A Man of Few Words but with a tremendous amount of impact which he left on every person that surrounded him or had the privilege of knowing him.

Devoted husband of Joan.  Cherished Father of Jason (Sharon), Jeffrey, Jamie (Melissa).  Idolized Grandpa of Jasmin, Joshua, Jayden and Jillian.  Companion Jacob will miss his walks with Grandpa.

Born November 29th, 1951, in San Fernando, Trinidad. He will be fondly remembered by his family, extended family, countless colleagues and friends. A dedicated family man, respected friend, and mentor to so many. He was a Loving uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and father figure to many.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Friday  October 6th from 7:00-9:00pm.  A Catholic Service will be held on Saturday October 7th at 10:30am at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church 690 King Street East, Oshawa. In memory of Johnson, and the love of his grandchildren and all children, donations may be made, in lieu of flowers, to SickKids Foundation.
