Passed away surrounded by the love of his family on February 22, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Loving husband of Colleen for 56 years. Beloved father of Christopher (Annette) and Heather (Zaim). Cherished grandad of Aleksander, Hermine, Josefine, Kalif and Zidan. Dear brother of Jean (Ed) and brother-in-law of Louise (André). Pat will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
