Obituary of Jack Joseph Trovato

TROVATO, Jack Joseph

Born March 10, 1947, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2018 surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with MS.  Loving father of Christina and Ken.  Cherished Nonno of Oliver and Elizabeth.  Jack will be lovingly remembered by Barbara, his sister Lina (Bill) and his brother Luigi (Iolanda).  Predeceased by his parents Concetta and Concetto.  Jack will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, family and friends.  Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Wednesday, June 20^th from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm.  Parish prayers will be said at 3:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 1100 Mary Street N., Oshawa on Thursday, June 21^st at 11:30am.  Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.  In memory of Jack, and to thank the March of Dimes for his excellent care, donations may be made to the March of Dimes or MS Society.
