Blake – Spears: Carol –Ann

Peacefully at home on Sunday October 21^st, 2018, at the age of 56.  Beloved wife of Jim. Loving mother of Sarah, Bridget, and Christian. Loving Step mother to Kevin, Donna, and Jasmine.   Cherished Step Grandmother to Ashley, Nicholas, Gracie, Ryley, Shania, Landon, Angelica, Sundance, and Shelby. Great grandmother of Sophie.  Will be greatly missed by her parents John and Beverley, brothers Ron, Mark and Brian, and sister Sandra, her nephews Jonathan, and Gareth and niece Kristina.  Carol – Ann will be lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and those that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595  on Friday October 26^th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.  A Funeral Service to celebrate Carol- Ann’s life will be held in the Chapel at 7:00pm.  If desired, memorial donations to the Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
