Suddenly on Friday June 7th 2019, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 47 years. Beloved son of Marjorie and Patrick. Loving Brother of Shawn (Jay), and Meagan. Loving father of Alex. Cherished Uncle of Ajae, and Kayden. Patrick will be lovingly remembered by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Thursday, June 13th from 7:00-9:00pm. A Service to Celebrate Patrick’s life will be held College Park Seventh Day Adventist Church on Friday, June 14th at 11:00am.
