Our deepest condolences..Al, Shannon, Scott and Shane and your families.. Hazel was a person who will live in all our hearts forever. Always kind words and lots of laughter to always share. As a cousin to Hazel and growing up on the ridge, we all had very fond memories of our little Hazel as we called her.From road trips, picnics, partying and good advise from her. She was a leader...sometimes not always in the right direction lol but we all followed.. You will be missed greatly, but we will always carry her fond memories with us.. Miss you Our Little Hazel

I was Hazel's Family Doctor for the last 3 years. She was an incredible woman, with an amazing spirit. She dealt with her illnesses with true Grace. Sharon, Wanda and I will miss her dearly. She was one of a kind.

Shannon, Al, Scott, Shane, and family, we are so very sorry for your loss. Hazel was such a kind and loving person and her life ended too soon. I have many memories as a teenager and young adult of nights of playing Euchre, having discussions about life, and getting advice and wise words from Hazel.
