Dear Debbie and family
I was sadden when I heard of your loss. I know this is a difficult time for you.
We all had some great times when you all came to Bissell’s.
Life is so short. That’s why I tell everyone now to enjoy every moment you have with your family and especially your partner.
Thinking of you and you are in my prayers.
Try to stay strong and remember all the goods you both had together.
Love
Ida

Sincerest condolences to Arnie's family. Arnie has been a great brother in law and a cherished friend for many years. Arnie was a proud and devoted father and husband who always put his family first. We will miss his booming voice, his helping hand, his humour and most of all his company. Rest in peace my friend. Love Gary and Christine Smith.

I will never forget the day when Arnie included us when he proposed to my sister Debbie. We knew at once that he was Debbie’s soulmate and was so grateful to be included. We also knew that he would forever be an important part of our family. We have so many happy memories from weddings to camping to holiday events spent together. We love you Arnie and will miss you. Love your extended family.

Over the years, I know that Arnold grew older but I always saw him as my good friend from high school. We were friends for about 42 years. We had many nice discussions about his mom, and our youth, his love for his wife and his pride in his kids, and his passion for spending time with friends including the annual "boys weekend".
I had the privilege and pleasure to getting to know Keraa and Joe who are both amazing people.
Many people may remember that I had always liked to call called Arnie by his full name "Arnold", which is what I called him since high school. One day a number of years ago Arnie came to see me at work and said "you know that you are the only person in the world who still calls me Arnold. He said when I call him "Arnold" it reminds him of his mother, whom I remember as a kind and wonderful woman. I knew that he had fond memories of his mother and we would discuss stories of our early years because very few people alive still remembered his mother. That is why I almost always called him "Arnold" because I was proud to remind him of his mother.
Arnold was a kind, descent, gentle person with a heart of gold and a real compassion for the plight of others. this is reflected in the values instilled in Keara and Joe who both work hard to serve our community in nursing and policing respectively. It is difficult for me to believe that I will not hear high laugh or smile at his quit wit. I will always remember "Arnold" and "Arnie" and will miss him dearly.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Arnold's passing. Our deepest heartfelt condolences go out to the family and to all those that knew and loved him. He was a cousin who was loved so very much. He was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed by many. I hope you can feel and draw strength through the tremendous amount of love all around you from all those that knew and loved him. On the journey through our sadness, there’s a light that helps us find a tender reassurance and some peace of heart and mind. It’s the light of loving memories, with their gentle guiding glow, to grace our days and smooth our paths wherever we may go. May we all find some peace and comfort in the memories we will forever hold dear in our hearts. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Arnold. xoxo

When we were young our families were so close. I remember the holidays spent together and parents visiting to play cards and have a good time. We grew up and life got in the way. A couple of years ago we came back into each others lives. I will have the memories of the last view years of backyard BBQs.
I was very close to your mom all the years she was with us. She would have been so very proud of the man you had become.
We will miss you so very much!
Cousin Edna and Husband Peter.
