I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear about Geoff recently. My sincere condolences and deepest sympathy go out to Geoff's family and many friends and co-worker's.
It has been a few years since I physically spoke to Geoff, but I have many found memories of him from our time together at Capgemini. Time with Geoff always put a smile on my face and left me with memories of many laughs and good times. Everything from 7 hour drives to Bruce Power and back with rock music blasting to drown out Geoff's sing-along, to lunches at Makimono in Pickering, to getting our motorcycle licenses together one sweaty weekend in Oshawa. I considered Geoff a good friend as well as a supportive co-worker.
His passing leaves a hole in my life as I am sure it will with others.
Rest In Peace Geoff , you will be missed.

I have been privileged to know Geoff as a caring and compassionate man, whose passion for living, devotion to Erica and his parents, and empathy for those in need were topics of our daily discussions.
I was his assistant at Capgemini/NHSS where Geoff showed care and concern for his fellow staff members. He was kind-hearted and generous toward me and we became friends in our shared interests, discussing daughters, dining, travel and workouts and water-sports. He had a happy nature and always tried to find humour in his days. He enjoyed showing off his new suits, cycling gear and his new remote cameras that captured the wildlife and scenery surrounding his cottage year-round. I'll especially never forget sharing a Christmas Eve at his house. These are but a few of the hundreds of memories I have and will always keep with me.
I will miss Geoff so much. My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes to Erica, the family and all friends and loved ones who share the sorrow of losing such a wonderful man.

My heartfelt condolences to all of Geoffrey's family, and to all of his other friends. Geoffrey has been a great friend to me over many years.
For as long as I have known him, he has had an interest in bringing co-workers, neighbours and acquaintances together, and sharing the enjoyment of life with them. Geoff was very generous in sharing his humour, his time, his recreational activities, and his love of the outdoors. I will miss joining him on the slopes, SCUBA dives, the bike trails, weekends up north, and especially his jokes and frequent texts about the latest CNN headlines.
But more than any of this I will miss his friendship. Everyone should have the good fortune of having a friend like Geoff in their lives, someone who knows how to live their best life, and encourages others to do the same. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have known him.
