My deep condolences to all of the family of Jean (and Con). I am Susan North and your parents were my god-parents. My parents are Susan and Jim Doherty. I have strong and wonderful memories of the fun our parents had together (you lived . The hours of playing euchre and oh the laughter!! You lived on Birchmount (I believe) before moving east of the city. Con was often my mom's euchre partner and, as mom tells it, "Con would shake his head and roll his eyes at my bad plays and say 'Oh Shuwan!!" He called my mom 'Shuwan'. My parents are both gone now (mom just a few months ago). I don't know why we lost touch over the years. I'm attaching a pic of my parents from those days in hopes you recognize them.
