Peacefully, after a short illness, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday December 31st, 2020. Beloved wife of Doug Byers. Loving mother of Elizabeth Greenland (Graham). Cherished grandmother of Ruby. Predeceased by parents Elizabeth and Joseph Puskas and brother David.
A special thank you to the Critical Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their exceptional care.
Nancy was a highly respected teacher at Adelaide McLaughlin Public School in Oshawa for many years.
A private family funeral will be held and a celebration of life event will be held at a future date. Donations in memory of Nancy may be made to the Rotary Foundation or Lakeridge Health Oshawa Critical Care Unit. Arrangements entrusted to DeStefano Funeral Home, Oshawa.
