Obituary of Lualhati Garcia

Passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2021.  Beloved wife of Trifonio “Ponnie” Garcia.  Loving mother of Liza-Theresa “Lizette” Garcia-Picardal and her husband Carlos Picardal.  Cherished grandmother of Jacob Charles Garcia-Picardal.  Dear sister of Menandro (the late Julianita), Eden (Rudy) and the late Isagani, Florante (survived by Nieves), Reynaldo (survived by Delia).  Lily was an active member of the Blessed Mother Prayer Group since 1983.  Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (southside of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) on Friday, February 19^th from 2:00-4:00pm and from 6:00-8:00pm.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gerturde’s Roman Catholic Church, Oshawa on Saturday, February 20^th at 11:00am.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
