Our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Esther and the rest of the family. In Zabbar, I was the altar boy at John and Esther's wedding. After we emigrated to Canada in 1963, we got to meet them again when they too came to Canada in 1965. He was an outstanding citizen, a true but humble artist, always ready to help anyone in any way he could, ever so proud of his Zabbar parish church. Very fond memories of the many joyful events we shared over the years. May he now rest in peace.
