My dearest Brother, it's almost two years since you have physically left us. Know that you are terrible missed by your mommy, Nolan, Corey, Devon, Gerry and myself. Not a day or hour goes by without you in my thoughts.
You will forever remain in my heart, that strong bond will never go away. I loved you then and continue to love you today and beyond. I miss you more than I can express in words. I am going to pass by your resting place to give you a beautiful bouquet of flowers, that is a sign of my continuous love for you.
Oh, I am sure you saw the beautiful monument, I thought of you when they were placing it down. I knew exactly what went through your mind :)

As a year has passed and two will be soon,
I look back at all the strength I have consumed.
From the day you left, I was lost, broken, and confused,
Never seeing the day a smile could ever be true.
But as the days went on you sent me signs,
Giving me the comfort everyone needs at times.
Times we are low, times we feel weak,
You were there to sweep me off my feet.
My smile then began to grow to be true,
Knowing this isn't the end and I'll still see you.
Until then I promise to live and grow,
To reach my dreams, not only for me but for you too!
Vim, I/We love and miss you so much. Words can't begin to express how empty I feel. My strength comes with the knowledge that you are no longer suffering. So sorry I couln't help you, this was a fight you had to take on your own. So you know, if I had the chance to take care of you, I will do it all over again. I love you Vim, with tears streaming down my eyes, i say good bye for now.
By the way, we are having a memorial for you tomorrow. I will make it as special as you are. Love you endlessly and forever my Brother!

Vim, I feel that this is the only way I can communicate with you at times. Just want you to know that I/we miss you dearly. not a day go by without you in our minds and hearts. I know that we are being selfish as where you are right now you are at peace with no pain lying with our lord and savior. My heart aches for you constantly, wondering what you are doing, if you can see or hear us. We will always, always love you my dear Brother. I will never forget you or the good times we had. My heart/eyes are full just writing this, know that this is how i constantly feel since you left us.
I know that you are enjoying a pain, worry free life. You have led the way as we are in no way spared of that road. We all will be there one day. It brings me joy knowing that you left early to make a path for us. We are behind my Brother. this is so like you, you always take care of us and make sure we are okay.
Take good care of yourself up there. I am saying a silent prayer right now for you. Until we meet again.

My Dearest Vim, I never thought that losing you will be such a big void in my life. I know that you are at peace and all your pain is gone but selfish me still would like you around even to just sit and watch you.
You will forever remain in my heart where you rightfully belongs. I will always love you my Brother.
With loving tears streaming down my face, I am still managing a smile as I write this as I know this is what you would like. No sadness just joy.
The most painful part is when I know you were very sick and in pain but whenever we asked how are you, your response was always. Not bad today, I am ok. My Brother, yes, you are ok. Wish I can touch you one more time but our lord has better plans for you.
