Edwards: Shirley (Nee Davidson)
Passed on Wednesday March 16th 2016, surrounded by her family, at the age of 79 years. Beloved mother of Neil Edwards, his wife Denise, and Jeff Edwards, his wife Susan. Loving Grandmother to Sarah, Jessica, Victoria, Alex, Nicholas, Rachel and Jeff Jr. Survived by her brother, Wilson Davidson his wife Anne, and sister Muriel Dornan Lovingly remembered by John, his wife Rose, and their children Emma and Brandon. Shirley will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her friends in the Red Hat Society, Teaching acquaintances from Port Perry, Friends in the Long Point Cottage Association, and her Bridge and Golfing friends. Following Shirley’s wishes, a memorial reception will be held 11:00am - 2:00pm Sunday March 20, 2016, with Remembrances being shared at 12:00pm, at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or Canadian Cancer Society,
