Winston receives Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2013 Toronto Pro SuperShow in recognition of his contributions to the sport of bodybuilding and fitness.
IN OUR HEARTS
Everyone will remember Winston for his many and storied contribution to the bodybuilding community in Canada and internationally. Great accomplishments and history wrapped up in his life.
We will remember for the great advice, yes the stories that he told so well, but more for the quiet strength he projected. The calming voice when you were speaking with him and that smile.
You will forever be in our hearts and thoughts. You will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Winston.
He was such a big part of my bodybuilding life back in the 80's training daily at Winston's Gym.
You will always be remembered. RIP.
