Obituary of John Aker

Aker: John Ross

33 Year Member of Oshawa City, Durham Regional Council, 10 Year Member of Ontario Municipal Board.

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday February 4^th, 2021, at the age of 78 years.

Beloved Husband of Teresa.  Loving father of Kelly (Chris), Clare, Kathryn (Eric), Krystle, Angela (Neil), and Michael (Alex). Devoted Grandpa to his nine grandchildren, John will be lovingly remembered by his sister Joan, family and friends. John dedicated his life to his family, and the service of others within the City of Oshawa, and the Region of Durham.

Due to the restrictions of COVID 19, a private family funeral will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive (905) 440 3595 on Wednesday February 10^th at 1:00pm.
